This was a great course on Conflict Resolution. I really feel like it is beneficial for anyone in the work place and especially supervisors.

The course videos are minimalistic. They have good information, but each video is short. However, my biggest problem is that your certificate is pending other people grading your work. I graded an assignment that was submitted over a year ago. I think the certificate should be available when the user completes tasks they can control.

It is really unfair which i couldnt sign up my assessment on audit version.
Due to sanctions i can not transfer money to out side Iran.
Other courses let us to finish the course and i think this is what we call audit version.
But this course did not let me finish it. I case i want to finish i must to buy the certificate.

The course material is interesting (3/5) but the assignments rely heavily on reviewing the work of other students which severely detracts from the course. If I wished to grade other people's coursework, I would have pursued a career in academia instead of becoming a research scientist.

This is a terrible course. A whole video is of someone who passively aggressively avoided "conflict" and then gloats that their adversary who "liked conflict" was fired. Also, there is a technical problem that it was not marking my completed modules and units.
