The course is very small. Half of it presents Crowdfunding, and most part of it refers to peer-to-peer lending. A technique that is rarely used in start-ups, but rather mostly on personal level. The first part of it is nice, but the last of it is completely irrelevant as it refers to credit (card) scores, which are applied mainily to customers on a personal level and mature businesses that handle hundreds of millions and want to take out a bank loan.

1. Poorest presentation skills; 2. Most of the information is not relevant to real-world application; 3. Simple calculations of Cap Table were explained in very complicated way. The excel attached for Cap Table was made with hard numbers and doesn't show share flows from round to round; P.S. Even free course of PE/VC from University of Bocconi has much more value than this course..

Unfortunately, I found the explanations on these subjects lacking in clarity and detail. The concepts were not well-articulated, leaving me with more questions than answers. Additionally, the slides used during the presentation were not clear. The content seemed disorganized, and key points were either missing or not highlighted effectively.
