Fine for very beginner class. No depth, but covers the high level topics. The assessments and quizzes are TERRIBLE. Multiple correct answers, vague questions that could have possibly been drafted by generative AI. A simple human touch for 10 minutes could greatly improve the quizzes and final 20 question assessment to remove ambiguity. Fine for 90 minutes as a primer on relationship management.

Very disappointed with the quality of the course structure and assessment questions asked throughout and also the course. There are many repeated questions with some tweak in language. Looks like LLM generated question bank. The course itself had meaningful information, but it could have been more concise, less redundant and well structured - ironically the principles which are being taught in the course itself.

While the guiding principles and tools were useful, the assessments were not designed to be challenging or thought-provoking. I think implementing case study readings and discussions prompts would make this course be well worth the time!
