it was concise and informational. there is an audio and autoplay bug but i am sure it will be fixed soon. i feel more confident in my knowledge base of AI and also know how to create my own service using AI if i want to.

I ask the question : What sense does it make to write a Lab into the Course when the student is denied access to the lab resource? I have completed this course except the Lab that cannot be accessed. Very disappointing. Another question: Will the certificate still be issued? The record still shows a partially completed course.
The same issue persists - The lab access is not working just like the previous modules in the course. I am seriously disappointed and not happy with the fair user concern. This is my 2nd escalation
