Clear, evidence-based, thorough introduction to QI. Gives enough context to understand the importance of the interventions, but keeps the course straightforward enough to avoid making the student feel overwhelmed. The practical aspect is great, giving good tools to directly apply to personal QI projects. KUDOS!
