This comment is for the entire series of ITF+ prep so far. Some of the instructions have been rather oblique. The labs are spotty in design and function and assume too much. The AI grader on the extra credit assignments has regular brain farts where it marks obviously correct answers incorrect. I had a lot of background knowledge, so I have been able to confidently correct or navigate screwups when they occurred. However, this is supposed to be a basic curriculum with no previous experience assumed. A true newbie taking these courses might end up very confused and discouraged, at certain points. Suggest future changes/updates be tested on actual 'newbs' to verify that they are functional and accessible with no major previous networking experience beyond consumer-level. Put a smart housewife with an ipad, a cell phone, and a 110 IQ in the hot seat and see how she does...

This course provides a clear and beginner‑friendly introduction to cybersecurity. The explanations are simple, practical, and easy to understand, even for students with no prior security background. Topics like safe browsing, VPNs, malware, encryption, and data protection were explained very clearly.

Not a 5, as the sound levels in the videos could be improved. In some videos, the initial introduction sound clip is louder than the narrator's voice, which can be a bit annoying.

Overall content is very good.

I found some mistakes in quizzes which i hope will be rectified soon.
